Speaking to crowds is something that energizes me, and, I dare say, I'm good at. When I'm on stage, talking about something I care about, I feel like I'm the best version of myself.
I spent the past decade building and leading a world-class content team at Blinkist, an e-learning company that's won awards from Apple, Google, and the United Nations, no less. We produced content loved by tens of millions of users, but more than that, we built a strong team with high trust and psychological safety, all the while with me leading in a mostly-remote setting.
Now, as hybrid work emerges as the new norm in the post-pandemic world, I want to share the lessons I've learned. These are my hybrid leadership habits, and I believe they can help many hybrid leaders excel in the coming years. More on these here.
I'm also a published author and most recently co-authored a book about the future of work and organizations. It's called The Loop Approach, and it was published by Chicago University Press in the United States and Campus Verlag in Germany. It's available in three languages and is used by organizations of all sizes to make themselves future proof.
Based on these experiences, I am excited to give keynotes on:
Habits for Successful Hybrid & Remote Leadership
The Future of Organizations
I've spoken at conferences and corporate events for Fortune 500 companies, and I'm always curious about new speaking engagements.
If you want to see a sample of me on stage, check out this clip. It's taken from my 2019 keynote at the superb Nomad Summit in Cancun, Mexico.
